Terms of use

The service

Couchill lets you track films and series, rate and review them, follow other people and share recommendations. It is free. We may change or end features at any time.

Your account

You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in email and password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

What you post

You own what you write. You let Couchill show it to other members according to your privacy setting, and translate it for readers in other languages.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, spam or other people's private data, and don't pretend to be someone else. Mark spoilers.

Anyone can report a post, review, comment or profile, and block a person. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content or accounts that break these terms.

Films and series data

Film and series information comes from TMDB, and where-to-watch information from JustWatch via TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. We can't guarantee it's complete or current.

Liability

Couchill is provided as it is. We are not responsible for what members post, but we act on reports. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
